DRAFT CONFIGURATION REQUIRED: eKonek processes limited information for transport verification, safety operations, incident reporting, offline/PWA functionality, notifications, security, audit, and LGU administration. Public pages receive only approved safety-facing data. Formal LGU privacy/legal wording and official contact details must be reviewed and configured.
Offline / PWA Storage
eKonek may store limited data locally on this device for offline operation, including safe registry cache, Recent Rides, pending incidents, pending evidence, learner safe cache, transport authorization cache, active trips, pending boardings, and sync queue records. Authenticated admin and Guardian pages are excluded from the service-worker shell cache.
Learner and Guardian Safeguards
DRAFT CONFIGURATION REQUIRED: Learner data is minimized and used for authorized transport monitoring, guardian visibility, boarding records, and safety notifications. Learner data is never included in public vehicle QR verification.
Incident Reporting
DRAFT CONFIGURATION REQUIRED: Incident reports are reviewed by authorized LGU personnel. Submission does not itself establish fault or liability. Reporter contact details, if provided, are handled according to applicable privacy rules. False or malicious reports are not protected by good-faith reporting language.
